In addition, the mounted reflectors disperse the rays, guaranteeing a wide angle of incidence of light and leveling its loss. The lamps have a long life, generate less power consumption and do not heat up like traditional fluorescent lamps. Professional equipment also includes EC or pH meters, which help stabilize the appropriate values of soil and air, as well as programmers that facilitate, for example, the administration of nutrients. Air filters and fans are also extremely important. Thanks to their operation, it is possible to avoid molding of plants, fungus in the substrate or the penetration of odors outside the growbox.
