CDM / CMH bulbs
CMH lamps, or Ceramic Metal Halide lamps, are modern lighting solutions that combine the advantages of traditional metal halide and sodium lamps. They are characterized by exceptional luminous efficiency, long life and excellent color reproduction. CMH lamps use a ceramic arc tube, which is more resistant to high temperatures than the standard quartz tubes used in metal halide lamps. This allows them to operate at higher temperatures, resulting in better stability and luminous efficiency. They are used in both commercial and industrial lighting, as well as in agriculture (especially in hydroponic and greenhouse crops), where their full spectrum of light promotes plant growth. In addition, thanks to their excellent color reproduction, CMH lamps are often used in the lighting of stores, art galleries and other places where the quality of product presentation is important. CMH lamps are available in a variety of wattages, allowing them to be flexibly matched to lighting needs. Typical wattages of these lamps are 315W and 630W. The high energy efficiency of CMH lamps, combined with their long life (up to 20,000 hours of operation), makes them an economical choice, reducing lighting operating costs while providing high quality light.
