400V HPS lamps are more efficient than standard HPS lamps, resulting in a 10% increase in light intensity and PAR / PPF efficiency.
The PCA ceramic arc tube allows the lamp to operate at higher internal temperatures, which increases the color rendering index and efficiency. PCA is resistant to interaction with the chemicals inside the tube, which stabilizes the chemical mixture throughout the life of the lamp, thus improving color consistency and PAR / PPF level performance. Pulse-start technology enables faster startups and restart times, longer lamp life, and increased lumens efficiency.
