Lumatek LED Zeus 1000W Xtreme PPFD CO2 provides extremely high luminous efficiency at maximum intensity

This premium LED lamp aims to provide excellence in horticultural crops or growing tents, offering 1000 watts of power, but with completely cold light, so that almost all the reversed light is converted into lumens.

This LED panel measures 118.12 x 109.10 x 10.57 cm and weighs 18 kg. It occupies an ideal area of 1.8 x 1.8 m when used without CO2 input (making sure PPDF levels are not too high) or an area of 1.5 x 1.5 m when used with CO2, as the light can be much closer to the plant tip (tolerate higher PPFD).

The fixture consists of a system of 10 LED strips mounted on two metal anchors that connect them together. They generate extremely high PPF levels of 2925 micromol / s with a photon efficiency (binding efficiency) of 2.9 micromol / J.

It is compatible with the Lumatek Digital Panel Plus 2.0 controller, and allows lights to be turned on and off with a timer, uses a light attenuation system with a 1% step to mimic sunrise and sunset. It can also control up to 100 panels simultaneously, adding a temperature control system that disconnects them when necessary.

It offers a very rich full spectrum and can be used during both the growing and flowering stages of our plants. It also provides a light distribution angle of 120º and a lifetime of up to 60,000 hours thanks to Lumileds Philips and Osram LEDs.

The built-in ballast is a 1000W Lumatek light controller with a compact design. The power adjustment system allows the Lumatek LED Zeus 1000W to be used at 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% power, adjusting the light consumption according to the plants' needs.

Carbon dioxide (CO2) supplementation

Using CO2 with this fixture is not mandatory, but to run without it, we recommend a greater distance between the canopy and the light, ensuring optimal PPFD levels depending on the stage of growth. Using the latter method, the expected optimal coverage area reaches 1.8 × 1.8 m, but at lower PPFD intensity concentration levels.

Supplemental application of carbon dioxide (CO2) in a controlled environment can significantly improve yields if used correctly. In general, a good rule of thumb is that once you exceed a PPFD level of 1000 µmol / s / m2, you should be 1: 1 with CO2 PPM - up to 1500. So at maximum PPFD = 1500 µmol / s / m2, CO2 will be 1500 PPM (a little lower, 1400 PPM may be the safest to start).

The new Zeus line is built using high-quality Lumatek drivers and the latest generation of LEDs from Lumileds Philips and Osram, generating a full-spectrum light source ideal for vegetative and flowering cycles. Another new feature of the line is the Clear Glue protective overlay technology on the LED bars; resulting in higher light transmission of 99% with no loss of light, extended LED life, additional corrosion resistance and high IP65 water resistance. For basic maintenance, simply clean the bars with damp cotton.

For different varieties, propagation and vegetative growth period Zeus can be dimmed without loss of performance. The high-efficiency, low-power LED configuration with 10 LED strips lowers the temperature of the LEDs, increasing output power and improving light maintenance.

External control

The Zeus luminaire can also be externally controlled using a Lumatek digital lighting controller(Digital Panel Plus 2.0) with light timing, auto dimming (1% increments), temperature safety control, sunrise and sunset mode for up to 100 luminaires per controller.

Lumatek Zeus LED luminaires can be fully controlled with Lumatek Digital Panel Plus 2.0 or any other Control System that uses a 0-10V output signal. Even if the Universal Controller has an RJ port interface, you can still run our LEDs using an RJ signal converter to a 0-10V control adapter.
