Advantages of using Plagron Cocos A&B:
- Easily absorbed nutrients over a wide pH range.
- No crystallization of nutrients in the tank.
- Contains humic and fulvic acids.
Instructions - dosage of Plagron Cocos A&B
Add a maximum of 4 ml of Cocos A per liter of water (1: 250). Use the same amount of Cocos B each time you apply Cocos A. Use this combined solution every time the plants are irrigated.
Composition:
Cocos A: Water, calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate, potassium nitrate, NK fertilizer (4-0-1), 3.9% Total nitrogen (N) of which 3.9% nitric nitrogen (NO3), 1% water-soluble potassium oxide (K2O), 4.5% calcium (Ca). Cocos B: Water, magnesium sulphate, magnesium nitrate, mono potassium phosphate, phosphoric acid, NPK fertilizer (1-4-2), 1% Total nitrogen (N) of which 1% nitric nitrogen (NO3), 4.1% water-soluble phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5), 2.4% water-soluble potassium oxide (K2O).
Available capacities:
Cocos A and Cocos B are available in 1L bottles and 5L, 10L and 20L bottles.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
- Should I check and adjust the pH value when I use Plagron Cocos A&B?
Yes. If you are growing in a 100% coconut substrate, you should adjust the pH value between 5.5 and 6.0 after mixing the products.
- Why aren't there separate fertilizers for growth and flowering in coconut?
100% COCO is a hydrological growing method. With hydrological methods, you give more nutrients than the plants need. What the plants don't use drains away. Cocos A and B contains enough nutrients for growth (such as lots of nitrogen) and enough fertilizers for flowering flowers (such as lots of phosphorus and potassium). Since the plant only absorbs what it needs, you can also provide fertilizer for flowering during the growth phase that the plant doesn't actually use. And vice versa. Therefore, there is no separate product for growth and flowering among hydroponic fertilizers.
- How long can I keep my Plagron Cocos A&B nutrient solution in the tank?
The nutrient solution can be kept for four to ten days, depending on the hygiene of the grow room and water tank. Make sure that no organic products have been added to the solution, as they can start to spoil after just 24 hours. It's best to monitor the pH value daily, as it will likely start to slowly increase.
- My EC value becomes very high if I combine Cocos A and Cocos B with Green Sensation. How can I solve this?
Green Sensation increases the EC value by 0.55 uS / cm if you add 1 ml / liter. Solve this by adding Green Sensation first and then adding Cocos A and Cocos B until you reach the desired EC level.
