CAN Original carbon filters are basic carbon filters that set the standard for quality and performance in this product group. Like any filter using activated carbon, it cleans the air of odor on the simple principle of neutralization with the help of appropriately selected chemical composition of activated carbon as well as its properties of charging with negative ions the odor particles contained in the polluted air.
The manufacturer's many years of experience have resulted in the development of 100% VIRGIN ACTIVATED CARBON. It is designed for long-term operation in ventilation systems with high performance parameters. The very process of creating activated carbon meets the requirements for grain size and its physical and chemical characteristics.

The design of CAN Original carbon flits is based on simple and proven elements, but meeting the high inspection requirements and expectations of the customer. The CAN Original carbon filter makes maximum use of the filter surface, so it takes up less space. The design of the carbon filter ensures its airtightness. At the same time, it retains its key functions, namely allowingspecially prepared activated carbon to eliminate unwanted odors and purify the air.
CAN Original filters can be refilled with activated carbon. This is technically possible, but it is not recommended to do it yourself at home. Carbon filter is a structure consisting of a clique of elements among which the key place is occupied by air ducts, which under the influence of pressure and activated carbon purify the air. If refilling is done incorrectly, and according to the manufacturer this cannot be done at home, the air channels do not function over the entire surface of the carbon filter only in selected areas. Thus, the effect is that the carbon filter is operated after refilling only to the extent that the air channels function properly.
CAN Original carbon filters are characterized by the best lifetime parameters among carbon filters on the market.
The main distinguishing feature of CAN Original carbon filters is the ability to effectively perform their functions in humidity of up to 80%. The CAN Original carbon filter meets an equally high parameter in terms of the maximum temperature of the working environment, which is 80 °C. If either of these parameters is exceeded, the carbon filter continues to work, but its life is reduced very quickly.
CAN Original optimally works from 18 to 24 months. In fact, however, it very much depends on the matching fan and the diameter of the ventilation system ducts. The carbon filter retains its service life if the fan used guarantees a constant amount of pressure, and when the diameter of the ducts of the ventilation system is not smaller than the flange of the selected CAN Original carbon filter.

1. When unpacking and installing the carbon filter, be careful not to damage or cut the white coating of the active filter, any damage to the protective material will make the inside of the carbon filter more vulnerable to contaminants that should be retained on the external filter. This will not damage the carbon filter, however, it will affect the life of the filter and the maintenance of expected performance throughout the ventilation system.
If it is planned to use in the planned ventilation system various types of basic connections (between the filter and the fan) or additional connections (for example: reduction or expansion of the size of the diameter of the ventilation ducts), it is worth trying to ensure that the place of connection is filled with any airtight insulating material with good resistance to high temperature and increased humidity. The material used will make it easier to maintain the tightness and maintain the strength of the joint itself. It is worth paying attention to this element when the individual components of the ventilation system are made by different manufacturers. Small differences in size in the elements used affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the ventilation system.
