CAN Original filters can be refilled with activated carbon. This is technically possible, but it is not recommended to do it yourself at home. The carbon filter is a structure consisting of a clique of elements among which the key place is occupied by air ducts, which under the influence of pressure and activated carbon purify the air. If refilling is done incorrectly, and according to the manufacturer this cannot be done at home, the air channels do not function over the entire surface of the carbon filter only in selected areas. Thus, the effect is that the carbon filter is operated after refilling only to the extent that the air channels function properly.

The main distinguishing feature of CAN Original carbon filters is the ability to effectively perform their functions in humidity of up to 80%. The CAN Original carbon filter meets an equally high parameter in terms of the maximum temperature of the working environment, which is 80 °C. If either of these parameters is exceeded, the carbon filter continues to work, but its life is reduced very quickly.
